On this episode of This Day In History, Tony and Armand are here to tell us about the greatest basketball scoring performance in the history of the game. In 1962, Wilt Chamberlain set a single-game scoring record by scoring 100 points for the Philadelphia Warriors in a 169-147 win over the New York Knicks. Earlier in the season, Chamberlain had broken the previous mark (71) with 78 points during a game against the Los Angeles Lakers in December. Also, we learn more about the births of American baseball player and spy, Moe Berg (b. 1902), as well as singer-songwriter, Jon Bon Jovi (b. 1962).
